Can't Connect to the sever because of "icon" error

Hi @Aggressive Sloth

I think you may be having internet problems as it appears you're losing connection repeatedly. The icons not found is just due to you not being able to download the icons before you lose connection.

Have you tried rebooting your router?

Yeah when it downloads your server's icons it only downloads the file name with no content. It kicks me because it is unable to load those empty files.

Idk why this is happening I am having no other issue with my net just TS

You wont lose connection because of icon files, you're able to retrieve part of the information. I.e. the file name

But there's a reason your connection is interrupted between your router and the server running TeamSpeak.

Please provide a tracert to ts.enigma-gaming.co.uk & ping output from CMD.

Looking at the logs it's simply a connection issue, I'd recommend you try a VPN and see if that stops it.

You can see in these logs here that prior to your reinstall you weren't attempting to download the icons but still losing connection.

No worries, hopefully it should resolve itself in the mean time if not you might have to involve virgin media to get them to take a look at it on a networking level.

A VPN however should allow you to connect.

Ok so a VPN allowed me to connect which makes it 100% Virgin Media's issue right?

Strange because I can watch youtube and stuff like normal just not your teamspeak server. I can even connect to the server voice.teamspeak.com

The server port is 9987 but it likely wont change anything.

The packetloss could be on virginmedia's network to the server or on the anti-ddos.

If you still have the issue tomorrow drop a reply here and we'll do some more troubleshooting to find where the issue is. We may be able to get virgin media to fix it as i have in the past had them fix a uk wide issue.

Still having issues. I am able to connect to the public server with 30% packet-loss yet when I do a test for packet-loss test it comes back 0

Last time I had a similar issue I just needed to add TS to my firewall. I turn off my firewall just to make sure it wasn't that this time which did nothing.
