  1. No worries, hopefully it should resolve itself in the mean time if not you might have to involve virgin media to get them to take a look at it on a networking level. A VPN however should allow you to connect.
  2. Looking at the logs it's simply a connection issue, I'd recommend you try a VPN and see if that stops it.   3. You wont lose connection because of icon files, you're able to retrieve part of the information. I.e. the file name But there's a reason your connection is interrupted between your router and the server running TeamSpeak. Please provide a tracert to ts.enigma-gaming.co.uk & ping output from CMD.
  4. Hi @Aggressive Sloth I think you may be having internet problems as it appears you're losing connection repeatedly. The icons not found is just due to you not being able to download the icons before you lose connection. Have you tried rebooting your router?
  5. Hey, I've updated some backend stuff to optimise speed, this has require a lot of code change which means there could be bugs. (The speed of stuff you don't see, that is.) If you notice anything not working please drop me a PM immediately.

    The forums have been updated, the theme broke and will take a few days to weeks to get back to how it did look. (Possibly a new simpler look.) The forums will remain like this until then. Please report any bugs to me.
  11. We used to have it but unfortunately it wasn't very popular. It exists still but it's hidden, maybe in the future we'll bring it back but in the meantime you can create a topic in the video games section.
  12. Hi Everyone! As you may have noticed the Banner on TeamSpeak has changed and the G2A partnership related part has gone. Obviously this means that Enigma Gaming and G2A's partnership has ceased and we're going our separate ways. This leaves Enigma at a cross roads, with it's future uncertain. As you have probably noticed, last month we performed a server migration to a smaller server with the same Anti-DDOS network to reduce our overhead costs to help stabilise our future a bit. This migration went fairly well, a few hitches but all is stable and running well now. Now comes to the rocky path that we face, Enigma is quite costly to run and we're aiming to survive entirely on donations and my own money as we've previously done. I've personally put more money in than I want to know to keep Enigma running over the years. I don't know how much in total, nor do I want to know. But I need to make it clear, if for any reasons this becomes financially unfeasible and causes any problems I will have to consider closing down. I don't want to have to consider this due to how many hours I've put into making stuff for it but I have to be realistic with what we can achieve. Donations are not and never will be mandatory in any circumstance.   14. Hey, So it's long overdue but I'm starting to plan how I'm going to remake the ability to set CSGO/League Ranks for the TS server, the scripts are old and quite frankly.. shit. They were some of the first and earliest scripts I made. Now in planning there a few options, the first is to leave them where they are and simply re-design and optimise the code; This means they would stay at these links: CSGO: https://enigma-gaming.co.uk/rank League: https://enigma-gaming.co.uk/league-rank Option 2 - This idea is to move the ranks into the Points System's setting page so that the points system interface would become even more useful in managing your client. Here's a quick demo of what it'd look like: This way has a much better look and is more user-friendly, I can also do something like when you hover over the icon/selection you'll see a hover tooltip that'll say what rank it is, a quick example: This is no way an example of what the final look would be. The current rank you have on the server would have it's selection automatically toggled, i.e. if you have no rank the cross would automatically be selected. The existing links to the rank scripts would automatically forward the user straight into the settings page with their UID automatically filled in, as long as they are on the server. If they're not on the server they would just see an error or explanation to be connected. Please let me know what you think and what you'd like to see here.

  20. It was moved by a moderator as the bugs section is for the points system. The chatbox is developed by a 3rd-party and this bug is present on other sites, I've just checked and confirmed. I'll report it to the developer and hope there will be a fix but I'm doubtful that there will. Thanks for pointing this out however.
